How do I register for tours?
You must register for the Symposium first. After you register for the Symposium, you will receive an email with instructions and links to register for tours.
Can I go on a tour if I am not registered for the Symposium?
Individual tickets for tours that have room left will be made available to those not registered for the Symposium on May 10th.
A tour I want to go on is full, what should I do?
Please add yourself to the waitlist. All tours have a waitlist and in many cases it works out that if you are on the waitlist you will get on the tour. If we have enough people on the waitlist, sometimes it is possible to add a second tour. We do our best to accomodate everyone but space is limited. If there is a tour you really want to go on, the best thing to do is register early.
I am a sponsor. How do I use my comped registrations and tours?
Please email the following information to info@docomomo-us.org: full name as it should appear on a name badge, company, and email address of the person(s) you would like to register, and specify which tours each person would like to register for. Docomomo US staff will complete the registration and a confirmation email will be sent to the email addresses provided.
What is the Covid-19 protocol?
Currently all Symposium events are planned to be held in-person. Docomomo US continues to monitor the situation and will adjust as necessary.
All attendees will be asked to provide proof of vaccination and booster shot prior to the start of the Symposium.
Docomomo US will be following all guidelines and protocols as required by the CDC and our Symposium host venues. Currently no food or drink will be allowed indoors and masking while indoors is required. If venue policies change, we will provide an update to all attendees.
Does the Symposium have a virtual component?
All speakers have been asked to provide a pre-recorded version of their presentations. Recordings will be available after the Symposium.
