According to Curbed Detroit, Yamasaki's Reynolds Metals Regional Sales Office is seeking a sympathetic owner and has been listed for $900k.
After serving as a location for Ballys Total Fitness, the building has since been vacant. Docomomo US toured the building in 2016 during the National Symposium, and though it is in need of some TLC, it is still an incredible work of modernism.
