The Five Fields neighborhood in Lexington was developed in the 1950s and 60s by The Architects Collaborative, a group of forward-thinking designers who envisioned a community of well-designed modernist homes where residents could connect on their shared land and at the neighborhood pool.
Learn about this influential group of architects, their design approach, and the progressive individuals who called Five Fields home!
Participants will visit two historic home interiors on our walking tour, and see and learn about many more and their histories along the way. This tour is organized by Histoury, and will be led by Allison Casazza, Historic Preservationist.
