Experience "The Prophetic Quest," the tour-de-force suite of ten stained glass windows by Jacob Landau, each 23 feet tall and six feet wide, and go behind the scenes to see and hear the powerful 2,860 pipe organ, a 2/12-year construction project of Dr. William Barnes and Austin Organs, at Keneseth Israel, a mid-century modern synagogue in Elkins Park, PA.

Built in the 1950s, the work of architect Israel Demchick, Keneseth Israel continues as a vibrant example of artistic and architectural excellence. Hear the back story of how these unique windows came to be and climb into the organ loft to see its workings.

The tour of the organ loft requires the ability to climb a 7 rung ladder. The windows are completely accessible.

$25/person, gourmet box lunch is included. Docomomo US members receive a 10% discount.
