Mid-century Modern Landmarks of the Fort Lauderdale Area Bus Tour

Join Fort Lauderdale Historical Society/BroCoMo for a four-hour bus tour which will highlight many of the Mid-century Modern landmarks and districts of Greater Fort Lauderdale, including William Morgan's Federal Courthouse which forms one of downtown Fort Lauderdale's finest public spaces. Tour cost includes lunch at Vinny's in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. The Town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea adopted Mid-century Modern as its official style in 2011. The restaurant is located on a public space who's design was inspired in part by the town's Mid-century Modern architecture. Last stop on tour will be Pier 66 where tour-takers will be offered refreshments and a history of the hotel at Pier Top.
